Rules & Regulations

Students need to get an Identity Card from the office when they are admitted. The card needs to be worn on their uniform and visible at all times while on the institute grounds.
In order for students to attend classes other than their own, they must obtain special permission from the relevant lecturer.
Before the lecture begins, students need to be in their classrooms. Preparation time is indicated by a bell at 8:50 a.m., and attendance requires that all students be in class by the bell at 9:00 a.m.
Students must follow grooming guidelines, which include wearing appropriate clothing and getting a haircut as directed.
Theory classes, Practicals, demonstrations, and institute functions—whether held on- or off-campus, during regular business hours—all require attendance.
Students need to act responsibly to prevent upsetting other people. Unsatisfactory conduct or work can lead to expulsion without a fee refund.
Students who miss even one Theory/Practical class in a given day will be deemed absent for the entirety of that day.
While classes are in session, students shouldn’t roam around the Institute’s property.
On campus, using tobacco products, drugs, alcohol, or smoking is strictly forbidden.
It is not permitted to bring electronic devices such as games, iPods, or cell phones onto the property.
Creating a society or inviting speakers requires prior approval from the principal.
A responsible individual must preside over debates and other meetings at the Institute, and the Principal must give advance approval for the topics of the discussions.
Students are barred to participate in any politics.
It is forbidden to disclose Confidential Institute matters to the media or outside organizations.
Students have to take good care of the College property and help to keep it tidy. Any damage caused to the property of the Institute by disfiguring walls, door fittings, or breaking furniture, etc. will be considered as a breach of discipline. Those responsible for the same shall be duly punished and the cost of the damages will be recovered from the students.
Rule violations will result in fines and disciplinary action. 24/7 Electronic surveillance is in effect.
If the continuance of any student is detrimental to the interest of the Institute, the Principal may rusticate such student from the college.
Students found doing unofficial outdoor catering orders/waiting during their course in this Institute will face strict disciplinary action by the Staff council.
Lunch offered in the college is supposed to be training food and it is not a compulsion on the part of the Institute.
Students are advised to make maximum use of the College’s Library for reference work/self-study. Students shall abide by the Library’s code of conduct:-.
Absenteeism from Internal examinations, Assignments, Projects, and Class Tests, even on Medical Grounds, will not be accepted as an excuse and such students will be debarred for the University Examination.
As per the University norms, each student is required to have a minimum of 75 % attendance to the Total Number of Working Days of the same academic year failing which he/she will be debarred from the University Examination, Industrial Training, Campus Interviews, and Study Tour.
Students must maintain regular attendance and be prompt in Theory classes, Practicals, and in the submission of assignments and Files/ Journals in the various subjects. Terms will not be granted and a student will not be certified for the University examination if his/her progress including the performance at the internal examination, regularity, conduct, and attendance is not to the satisfaction of the staff council, who have full rights to detain the student.
Absence without leave is considered a breach of discipline and is liable to strict action. No leave will be granted except in case of illness or emergency. Prior permission must be obtained from the Principal who will consider the application for leave on individual merit.
Absence due to ill health should be notified as soon as possible and a Medical certificate produced upon resuming college.
No student can leave the Institute premises during working hours without a Gate pass from the concerned authority. The breach of this rule is liable to suspension.
The Institute shall not assume liability for any accidents that may occur to students during their activities within the Institute premises or as part of their work-related responsibilities. Students are encouraged to adhere to safety guidelines and exercise caution to prevent any untoward incidents.
University’s enrolment form is to be filled and Fees are to be paid in May to ensure the admission for the next academic year.
Fees once paid will not be refundable under any circumstances.
To get the required assistance with Training & Job Placement all the rules and regulations must be followed diligently.
Rights of Admission are reserved with the College Authority for any on-premise or off-premise event.
Ordinance 6086 relating to Attendance for Learners
Every duly enrolled student shall be permitted to continue their studies for a given semester in their chosen program provided they attain a minimum of seventy-five percent (75%) attendance, which is calculated as an average of total lectures, Practicals, tutorials, etc. Additionally, every student is required to maintain a minimum attendance of 75% for each individual course.
This same attendance ratio shall be applied for assessing learners who are absent due to participation in extracurricular/co-curricular activities, competitions, camps, workshops, conventions, symposiums, seminars, etc. in which they officially represent the college/university/district/state/country, subject to the Principal’s permission.
At the semester’s conclusion, based on the attendance committee’s recommendations, the Principal/Director/Head of the college/Institute/University Department shall publish a list of learners ineligible to continue their studies.
