Uniform
Maintain The Uniform in Perfect Condition
clean, stain-free, and well-ironed.
Use the chef coat only during culinary practical sessions, not during travel to/from college.
Conform to the college standard black belt with a flat chrome buckle.
Always display the college identity card.
During Theory
Black pants, white shirt, black tie/cravat, college belt, black shoes, black socks, white vest.
Kitchen Practical
Chef Coat, chef pants, apron, scarf, chef cap, comfortable shoes, black socks, white vest.
Food & Beverages Practical
Black pants, white shirt, waistcoat, black bow/cravat, college belt, black shoes, black socks, white vest.
Front Office
Black pants, white shirt, black tie/cravat or blazer uniform/front office saree, college belt, black shoes, black socks, white vest.
For Male Students
General Hygiene
Use mild perfumes and deodorants in moderation.
Maintain routine hygiene to prevent body odour.
Gargle after meals for fresh breath and dental hygiene.
Wash hands with soap after meals and restroom visits; ensure they are consistently clean.
White vest is compulsory for male students.
Avoid wearing earrings or studs.
Hair:
Maintain conservative, well-groomed hair.
Keep hair short and neatly cut; avoid it falling on the forehead.
Ensure clean-cut hair at the back of the neck that doesn’t touch the collar.
Comb hair neatly; it should be non-oily and not permed.
Only traditional hairstyles are permissible.
Avoid colouring or streaking hair.
Face:
Maintain a clean-shaven face without stubble.
Sideburns should not exceed the midpoint of the ear.
Footwear
Footwear should be well looked after.
Wear only uniform shoes.
Opt for “Black Oxfords” of any brand.
Shoes must be well polished and in good condition.
Wear full-length black socks without patterns.
Socks should be clean, odour-free, and have intact elastic.
For Female Students
Hair
Tie shoulder-length or longer hair neatly in a bun secured with a net.
Only black-coloured accessories such as bands, pins, and nets are allowed.
Makeup
Keep makeup simple and basic; avoid excess.
Use foundation for a non-oily appearance.
Apply lipstick neatly.
Subtle eye shadow and blush are acceptable.
Eyeliner should be thin, straight, and well-applied.
Hands
Maintain clean, well-groomed fingernails.
Keep nails neatly cut, shaped, and clean.
Long nails are not permitted.
Avoid chewing nails.
Footwear
Wear college-prescribed footwear.
Maintain footwear in good condition.
Stick to uniform shoes.
Ensure shoes are well polished and intact.
Wear full-length black socks without patterns.
Socks should be clean, odour-free, and have intact elastic.
Jewellery
Avoid ornaments on hands and wrists.
Do not wear religious threads or wrist bracelets.
Choose conservative and not oversized watches.
Wear only one pair of stud earrings on the earlobe.
Danglers are not allowed.
